Sharmin’s previous experience includes working at the Leeds Cancer Centre, where she contributed to improving cancer wait times for patients on 62-day pathways. Additionally, she led a team of administrative staff within Breast Services, reorganising booking systems, and implementing new information programs, which significantly enhanced departmental efficiency within their Imaging services.

Within the QCC, Sharmin focuses on optimising project management practices to ensure the timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining the highest quality standards.
